Le Terrazze di Porto Venere. In uno dei mari più puliti d'italia, nello scenario incantato della liguria di levante, alle porte delle Cinque Terre e a soli 10 mt. dal mare di Porto Venere, abbiamo realizzato un complesso residenziale di prestigio. Si tratta di 18 unità abitative da 2, 3, 4 e 5 posti letto tutte con affaccio sul mare, spiaggia privata, aria condizionata, parcheggio riservato, piscina e servizio bar. Il residence resterà aperto tutto l'anno, fatta eccezione per il mese di novembre. Il centro del paese dista 500 mt. dal residence.

Le Terrazze di Portovenere. We realized a prestigious housing estate in one of the cleanest Italian seas, in the wonderful levant Ligurian scenary, in front of the Cinque Terre and just on the beach. The residence has 18 apartments for 2,3,4 or 5 people. The apartments all have sea view, the access to the beach, the swimming-pool and the bar, the air-conditioner and a private parking-place. The residence is opened all year except in November and it is just a short stroll away from the centre of Portovenere (500mt).
